Years of experience and advanced knowledge in wheat quality and origin allows us to source the right quality wheat to produce consistent flour quality.
Working around the clock, highly trained and competent millers with the support and expertise of quality control teams ensure robust process controls at our mills and that products are produced right the first time.
Our laboratories are equipped with the latest technology and instruments for grain quality inspection. Standardization and best practices for effectiveness and efficiency are built into our Laboratory Quality Management System. AACC** approved testing methods are implemented in our laboratories at each facility. Participating in AACC Laboratory Proficiency Testing ensures our Laboratories achieve and maintain the accuracy of our test results. We further perform product evaluation by experienced bakers in our baking laboratories, ensuring outstanding product application to achieve customers' goals.
Our mills are certified with FSSC22000, ISO22000, HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, Halal and Kosher certification.
